Procedure:-

1.Download any given stock rom as you like and place in SD card.

2. Boot into TWRP (hope you will already installed)

3. Click on install, select storage SD card and select the zip file for flash.

.......(optional)After that if you don't want to stay on stock rom flash decrypt.zip also after flashing the rom.

4. Reboot and done...
