Procedure:-

+Download all necessary files into sdcard

+Boot into philz recovery and wipe dalvik cache

+Then select 'clean to installer rom' option

+Then flash cm 12.1ZIP , then GAPPS followed by other files given below👇👇

+UPDATE ZIP:CLICK ME
